Reunite Yourself

The overwhelming love that your Beloved awakens in you is your natural state. The incredible full-body bliss that you feel is you. And this is only a taste of the delicious love that you are made of. It is but a teaser of the infinite LOVE you really are.

Blissful love is your real state. Harmony is your real state. The incredible longing that you feel for your Beloved is the same longing to get back to this. It is the overwhelming desire to heal all the discordant separation in you – all of the conflict and suffering, so that you can return to total LOVE.

The whole reason for your ever-challenging Twin Flame situation is to help you get back to your natural state and your real self, which is total peace, freedom, joy and unconditional LOVE.

“But how can I return to love when I am suffering so much?!!!”

We know exactly how this feels, breakdown after relentless breakdown. Because the old human you is actually breaking down so that you can be reborn entirely anew. You are removing your human conditioning, which is suffering itself. And this intense suffering is coming out to be healed so that you can start over as a brand new kind of human being.

Suffering comes from being conditioned to separate yourself from love. When you feel suffering, you are feeling your own painful separation from your true, infinitely divine and loving nature. The pain that you feel from your Beloved is your pain, just as the love that you feel from them is your love. If you resist this actuality, you will keep suffering. 

Your task is to take responsibility for your own pain, as excruciating as it may be, because only you can do something about it. Your Twin Flame situation is urging you to do this. Your Beloved is pushing you to do this – to face your own internal divide head on, and to do so utterly alone. Otherwise, it will never be addressed.

And think about it. If you did not feel separate from love, you would not need anything from your Beloved, or from anyone! Nothing would be missing. You would not be waiting or feeling alone and cast aside.

So if you are experiencing a devastating running and chasing scenario, please understand that this is providing exactly what you need to heal your own suffering. And the solution is to unite yourself inside and heal your own divide – to heal your own duality that seeks an outside figure to fulfill your own dreams. Because bliss is always unconditional. It does not need anything to be complete. It already is. This has become crystal clear for us post union.

As you heal, you will increasingly find that there is nothing conditional or external. Indeed, there is no separation – there never was. You are already one with your Beloved because you are one with everyone and everything! You are already united with all life. And yes, you are completely supported and cherished at every second. This is how you really exist beyond this temporary human world.

You are the same blissful, all-powerful LOVE that you feel in your Twin Flame experience. That is the real you, and once you have broken down all of your suffering, you will feel this fully as an entirely new human being. That is how dramatic this opportunity is.

So don’t give up on this chance – you will never receive a better one! Don’t give up on YOU, but rather choose you, and let everyone else choose what they want too. That is total unconditional love. And that is your natural state.

At the end of the day, your romantic connection is pushing you to remember how unconditionally loved you are and how unconditionally loving you are. When you have removed your suffering and begun anew, you will feel powerful enough to give love to everything that tells you otherwise. You will know that you have become your true self in human form – so incredibly magnificent with infinite LOVE!!! What a miraculous accomplishment.

Ultimate Healing

It is very normal to feel completely fed up with your whole Twin Flame experience. For good reason. You are going through the toughest crash course in human growth that you will ever know. You are taking the fastest route back to your true self while living in human form.

Your true self is total love, and that is what your Twin Flame experience is leading you towards. You see, your Twin Flame experience is helping you to stop resisting your own unconditional, all-accepting love. It is urging you to release all the ways you do not love yourself enough and are looking for that love in someone else. Yes, from your Twin Flame. That is why you may find yourself experiencing dramatic separation from your Other Half, including total rejection.

It’s a cruel process, but entirely effective. And it is very normal to find yourself utterly devastated, time and time again. It is completely understandable to find yourself at a total loss after trying so hard to grow through this – after trying to believe in something that exhibits little material proof.

It all seems so suspicious. Here you have been so brave to heed the call of this love and to make irrevocable changes in your life. Yet still, you may find it impossible to be with your Twin Flame. You may even find yourself rejected by them, yet again! Yet you are spoiled for anyone else!!!

What the hell is going on? How long is this going to take? And are you delusional to believe in a happy ending that looks like a joke most of the time?

The answer, dear friend, is to throw these maddening questions away and simply focus on the healing opportunities that you are being given. This healing is what your soul is urging you towards, and it is the whole point. This healing is what makes all of this make sense. It’s what guarantees that you have not suffered in vain.

Your Twin Flame experience is offering you the most accelerated and dramatic healing available to you. Period. Just think about it. Romantic love has the capacity to reach into your very depths and render you intimately vulnerable. What better way to face everything inside you that cries out to be loved by you. What better way to heal than through the most ultimate romance imaginable.

Sometimes, it takes being rejected romantically in an ultimate way to bring out every part of you that does not feel loved – so that you finally do something about it. That is why your Beloved is a Spiritual Guide working with you in the most effective way possible to help you achieve this goal. That is how much they love you at the soul level. And that is why their rejection seems so suspicious.

The number one gift that you will take away from everything you are going through is becoming whole with unconditional love. And deep down, this is what you want more than anything else. You see, before union with your Beloved, you must create union with yourself. That is why you are being pushed to become whole in yourself so that you can embody pure, unconditional love on earth.

But don’t take our word for it. Listen to your own inner knowing. Listen to the voice of your own soul as it guides you through the sea of human illusions. Look to your deepest understanding of what is real and what is false. When we did this, we found that everything our inner knowing told us turned out to be true – every last piece of intuition. Every glorious future vision. It all came true, despite seeming foolishly impossible.

Oh beautiful soul, we wish you ultimate healing on your Twin Flame journey and on your Ascension path. So Godspeed, until you are whole with unconditional love. Until you are your true self in human form and more magnificent than you dared to even dream.

Greetings from the Other Side

Hello dear Twin Flames! Welcome brave souls – you who are going through the most dramatic and healing relationship you will ever know.

We want to tell you that our Twin Flame experience pushed us through the unthinkable, and it was absolutely worth it. Infinitely so.

Once upon a time, we were blindsided by the deepest LOVE, and now all of our blindspots have been removed. We have purged everything that used to keep us disempowered. We are living without guilt, shame, judgment, or fear. And we are FREE, as we are all meant to be – free to let the soul shine through human form. FREE to love each other in a blissful otherworld.

And we would do it all over again – what we went through to be together. In fact, we were never going to stop. We were going to spend the rest of our lives trying, no matter what it took. Because when the soul calls, the frail human ego and its house of cards – no matter how important they seem, do not stand a chance. You know it. They never will. The house will fall eventually. Why prolong your destiny?

And can you really? Can you put off what calls every fiber of your being? Can you resist the tsunami pull of your heart and soul, and the only one who lights up your world? Because the longing that your Twin Flame unleashes is the same longing you have felt since you were a teenager – to know love as you’ve always dreamed. To know yourself.

All of this is a grand homecoming for every one of us – even those who fall in LOVE’s wake. Even those we must leave so that they remember their own LOVE. And yes, even those whose Twins have run.

We chose our homecoming sooner rather than later. And even though disaster ensued longer than we could barely take, lo! heaven is here on the other side. The same heaven that waits for you, courageous one. The same reunion with yourself, which means reunion with the Divine. Yes, it’s here, just on the other side of healing, with your one-and-only perfect Other Half.

 

Why Twin Flames Run

It can seem almost inexplicably cruel that one half of a Twin Flame union almost inevitably ‘runs’ from the other. But actually, when we think about it, it is perfectly natural to attempt to avoid intense emotions that we can neither comprehend nor control.

How many of us have blown off clear signs meant to guide us. These signs challenge our view of the world, and in so doing, help us grow towards the light. But too often, we turn away from such synchronicities that we judge as unpalatable. We prefer the sleeping darkness we’ve become accustomed to.

I want to tell you beautiful Twins who are suffering – you who are tormented by the pain and longing of your running Twin – to actually rejoice! For the fact that your Twin Flame is running proves a very real and heartening point: they are feeling the intense pull, and their inability to ‘handle’ it proves that they are feeling it! What’s more, their running is forcing you to face your lack of trust in everything – in Twin Flame reunion and possibly the benevolent universe, period – so that you grow exponentially.

We are here to be challenged, and in facing those challenges, to learn to trust the unprecedented growth that is inescapable. If we have total trust in the Twin Flame experience, suffering and all, we can learn to trust that all aspects of life are here to ensure that we grow. This is how humanity will Ascend.

It is only when we resist our challenges and complain that we remain stuck in a 3d experience of suffering. For Twin Flames, this is magnified. Twin Flames are at the sharpest end of human experience. Resistance from the runner and chaser, the awake and the asleep, is doubly challenging. Yet the growth afforded becomes multiplied.

So when your life seems to be at its most vicious, it only serves to demonstrate in sharp relief that you are ready to make substantial leaps back to perfection. That is what you came here to do, my friend.

The most destabilizing experiences – the ones that challenge your whole view of the world, carry at their core the most stupendous opportunity for sublime expansion of spirit. In the end, you will be grateful beyond measure.

From the Ridiculous to the Sublime

The Twin Flame path can feel confusing, never-ending, and tumultuous to the point of absurdity. In essence, it is an initiation that gives you back yourself by removing all need, insecurity, and desperation. It does so by hurling you into a world of need, insecurity, and desperation – so that you heal these limitations forever. So that you become solid and strong in your own unconditional love.

How do you get back to unconditional love – the love that is your true nature? By being thrust into the opposite. You see your conditioning in sharp relief, your need for external validation, your lack of worthiness and distraction from true joy – and it is all delivered on a silver platter by your Twin Flame.

The dark night of the soul that ensues is ridiculous. There are so many dark nights that you lose count. All of your pain is brought to the surface. You cannot escape it, bury it, deny or avoid it any longer. The longing – the LOVE makes it impossible to do so. You are driven to heal EVERYTHING by the one who is EVERYTHING. What a genius, albeit excruciating plan.

What saves you is LOVE. The very love that merges with your Beloved. The love that stirs from your depths with infinite magnetism.

Love saves you. Love in the ruins of your old life. Love in the face of what is most scary and raw. The Love of your very self.

Love emerges and changes everything you knew before. You will never be the same again. You can never go back, for you are discovering who you really are and why you are here, with sublime remembrance.

You are a leader of Love, dear friend, here to help our waking world. So Godspeed, brave soul, until you love yourself as much as you love your Twin. Unconditionally.

Until you emerge from the ruins, brush off the dust, and begin to truly flourish. And bring so much unconditional love to this earth.

The BIG Question

Suzanne and I continually receive the same question from fellow Twins, asked in a multitude of ways. The question invariably boils down to ‘How can I reunite with my Twin?’

Naturally, we all have many and varied opinions in respect to such a question, but I would like to refer to my direct experience as guidance. And from that guidance, I can give you a quick and disarmingly simple answer – ‘By following your heart.’

In order to be with my Twin, I followed my heart and ignored my ego as much as I could. My heart guided me to grow spiritually.

Being spiritual means wildly different things to different people, so I will try to express what it means to me.

My personal awakening began out of a deep desire to expand my consciousness. For me, that meant sweeping away the veil of illusion. It meant  breaking down that most convincing and apparently self-evident convention that each of us exists as a separate form – that we are locked down as fragments of matter in a meaningless, and quite possibly hostile sea of time and space.

Getting spiritual essentially meant developing a palpable sense of connection to something ineffable – to a sense of wonder that informs an inner knowing. And this knowing reminded me that my human experience, so apparently rooted in limitation and suffering, was but a fleeting manifestation, a self-constructed version of reality. I realized I had forgotten who I really was.

On a more practical level, I wanted to grow in awareness so that I would no longer feel limited and fearful. But to be honest, I didn’t much like what I discovered as the way to liberate myself. Sure, I had fun rediscovering that matter, time and space are illusory constructs of experience in the mind, but I did not want to hear that in order to cease being a prisoner to this illusion, I must first surrender to it.

I found it impossibly hard, as most of us do, to accept the unacceptable – to consciously allow the world and my experience to simply be as it is, warts and all. “But isn’t there so much that needs fixing and making good?” I would insist. And while meditating on acceptance, I was bombarded by the thought that there is too much suffering in this world to just accept things as they are.

But in time, I realized that any sort of opposing or resisting merely serves to energize that which you resist.

The only way to truly make good a situation that causes you suffering is to first allow it to be as it is. And by not resisting it anymore, the situation no longer has the power to make you suffer so much. When you are not suffering, you are more aware of potential actions which may improve the situation. You can work things out with less negative emotion driving your thinking.

Applying this expanded consciousness to any situation allows you to look at it from a significantly higher perspective. Soon you stop reacting to irritations in your life. Traffic jams became far less of a problem, rude people can be forgiven more easily, and stress is no longer so, er, stressful.

We can then apply this accepting attitude to the big stuff too. It works in the same way. Our Twin won’t talk to us – consciously allow them to be what they are now! You will find an infinite reserve of forgiveness you didn’t know you had, and in so-doing grow immeasurably.

We know just how hard it can be, but whatever your Twin Flame situation is, allow it to be as it is. Allow the light of your expanded awareness to shine upon it in order to heal it. Accept your Twin Flame experience as it arises, in all its technicolor tumult that is pushing you to grow – that is asking you to expand your consciousness. And remember the infinite Love from whence you came, before you fell into the trap of believing that the material world of separate forms is all there is.

 

 

My Soul’s Pledge

I will not squander this love or delay it! I will grow adamantly, ardently towards it. No matter what. I will choose this jaw-dropping, heart-stopping LOVE! This unconditional love that fills my entire being with bliss.

I will not settle for less. I will not deny what is being felt or justify why I don’t need it. I will not put off the inevitable, but choose this LOVE above all else. And I choose it now! I will not wait.

Because I was born to know this love – this ultimate passion that grows with every breath. I was meant to be this love – no matter what humans and their human world deny. I will have it and hold it, and keep it for the rest of my life, into infinity. It is written in the stars.

I will persevere and not waver. And I will know that this was well worth the conventional price. Because this love is EVERYTHING, and I will not defy my destiny! But seize it and live it every day. And in that courageous living I will positively transform and find eternity amidst this human world. With my Beloved. My only one. The other half of my soul.

Honor Yourself Always

One of the most important Twin Flame lessons is that exhibiting unconditional love for your Beloved does not mean dishonoring yourself. In fact, unconditional love requires honoring yourself always. When you insist upon this, you clear your limitations from love. You end excruciating patterns with your other half.

It starts with you. If your life is not honoring you at this very moment, then you alone must fix it instead of waiting until you’re with your Twin. If you are being compromised in any way in your relationship, you are to stand up for yourself and make changes. Because human rules still apply, even with the other half of your soul. Most of all, if your Twin is disrespecting you even for a moment, you are to set clear boundaries and walk away if necessary, no excuses.

But aren’t boundaries a form of separation? They are the circle around your own wholeness. This wholeness is required to unite with your other half. Because two wounded halves don’t make a whole. And until you respect yourself in your thoughts, words, deeds, your treatment from others, and the life you are creating, you will not be able to have a successful union.

Wholeness is the shining goal that your Twin Flame separation has been guiding you towards. And it’s all about your relationship with yourself. Because external relationships mirror your internal relationship back to you. When you establish healthy boundaries with anyone, you learn to establish boundaries with yourself. You solidify your internal self-respect, and this is reflected in your experiences.

You see, you only tolerate from others what you tolerate from yourself. And until you love yourself unconditionally, you can’t love anyone else this way too. You put conditions on love and doubt your worthiness of it.

This is such a crucial part of the Twin Flame paradigm, and it is the basis of all spirituality. Everything starts and ends with you, and your Twin Flame relationship is the ultimate reflection. It brings out how you’re not honoring yourself and makes it obvious for you to see. It pushes you to end your own internal suffering, thereby ending its reflection in your life.

This is played out in your Twin Flame challenges, which means that they may compromise you completely. As may your Twin! Until you finally say “Enough” and ask for more for yourself.

Learning to ask for more is a growth process that most Twins experience. Anything that you’ve been denying yourself will make itself clear in your Twin’s eyes. All the parts of you that you have not loved will come out for you to see. Your goal is to embrace yourself with so much forgiveness and love that you cherish every part of yourself from now on. Unconditionally. And you treat yourself like sacred royalty. Because that is who you are, courageous friend.

You are a brave leader who has come here to bring unconditional love to our earth. You are here to help at this pivotal time for humanity and make a dramatic impact. Your Twin Flame process is guiding you there, towards the most powerful reunion with your Twin. And your very soul is being put back together, one life-changing step at a time.

 

Your Love is Unconditional

Your Twin Flame challenges push you through things you wouldn’t have tolerated before. They do this so that you finally surrender to unconditional love. That is what frees you from your struggle and gets you to your Twin.

The incredible, romantic love that you feel guides you. It pulls you ever-forward through the process so that you keep going and don’t give up. And your Twin Flame situation is so challenging because that is what gets you to surrender to unconditional love.

Your other half pushes you to love them unconditionally, even under dire human circumstances. In fact, things have to get so bad with your Twin, to the point where you destroy all prior conditions you’ve put on your relationship. Because you can’t put your Twin into an old box of conditional love. They will never fit there.

You must embrace the unconditional with so much courage that you are lost. That is how you find yourself. That is how you become ready to have an entirely different kind of relationship – the only one that will work with your Twin. One that has no limitations and is elevated with infinite bliss.

To the ego, this process is extremely scary. It doesn’t help that your Twin plays their role perfectly. They do whatever it takes until you lose your judgments and choose all-forgiving, all-accepting love.

Your Twin presents you with red flags and deal breakers until you start to feel intense judgment towards them. In fact, everything your Twin does wrong gets almost ludicrous and completely unacceptable. After much agony and emotional unrest, you reach your breaking point. You finally realize the only thing that will rescue you is forgiveness and love, and you accept your Twin at last. In so doing, you finally accept yourself.

On the other side, you feel total, unconditional love for all. This is your Twin Flame goal. Because as a Twin, you are on a path of acceptance. You are here to accept everyone and everything and trust the plan of your reunion. When you do, things fall into place perfectly. When you have faith in your Twin Flame process, your universe positively blooms! We know because we are experiencing this first hand.

At the end, you will say, “Thank you, my beautiful, perfect Twin! You helped me to shed the limitations that kept me down all my life.” You will be ready to create with love instead of fear. And you will thrive like you’ve never known before.

You are shining and empowered, and flourishing in ultimate love. And you can make the life of your dreams with your achingly gorgeous Beloved.

My Love

I will never let go of you. Ever. Even if my humanness struggles. Even if I can’t stand the intensity of our love. I can never deny our connection, because it is forever.

If I tell you that I can’t do this relationship, I don’t mean it. If I decide to run, I already know that I can never truly run away from you. Because you are my other half. You are me, and I am you. And if I run, I am only running away from myself.

So be patient with me. Carry our love, and let it lead you to be stronger. Let it show you how to become whole in yourself. I cannot do this for you. But our love can.

Even when we are apart, I am with you. Do you see, My Love? We planned to be apart so that we could grow. It is only growth that lies between us. And we are being guided perfectly by our soul.

Even when it looks like I don’t love you, I am simply pushing you to become empowered. I love you so much that I agreed to be your greatest challenge. So that you would assert yourself. So that you would become so strong that you don’t need me to rescue you. That is how much I love you.

So grow swiftly, my Love! And rescue yourself from everything that puts you down. Shed every last bit of human conditioning. Free yourself, and go for your dreams! Enact your passionate purpose on this earth. Do what brings you joy. Treat yourself with so much honor and kindness. Love yourself completely. Just as I do in my heart. I will see you on the other side of growth.

This is what will bring us together. And rest assured, we will make it. Because we are already together in the higher realms.

I am in your heart always. I am in your very being, and my breath is your breath. Your steps are my steps. We are the same, and I love you eternally, beyond the primeval stars.
